About Our Family
While attending college at Westmont, Todd and Heather Ridenour got married in 1984 and settled down in Santa Barbara. While Heather pursued her art degree which would later evolve into a love for interior design, Todd began pursuing his love of building. After working under other contractors for several years, he started his own company, Todd Construction Inc., in 1989. Between the years of 1992 and 2000, Todd and Heather had three children, Gracie, Cade, and Avery. Before Avery was born, Todd and Heather set off designing and building their own custom home in Santa Barbara where they still reside today.
As you can see, family is the center of Todd Construction. It's one of the most important aspects of life that Todd and Cade value. Todd Construction would not be where it is today without family support, with Cade overseeing homes in Orange County, Heather working on interior design projects for clients throughout the years, Avery managing media platforms, and Gracie supporting from afar (she lives on a farm in Idaho!). There really is nothing more special than being able to live, support, and work with your family.
